Data deletion instructions
Syncro users may request the deletion of their personal data and associated account at any time.
How to request deletion
To request data deletion, send an email to: info@syncroapp.it
Your request must include:
- the email address associated with your Syncro account;
- an explicit request to delete the account and its associated personal data.
What happens after the request
After receiving the request, Syncro will verify it and delete the personal data associated with the account within the time and according to the procedures required by applicable law.
Some data may be retained for the strictly necessary period when required by legal, tax or administrative obligations, or to protect rights in legal proceedings.
Once the procedure is complete, the requested data will be deleted or anonymized, except for data Syncro is legally required to retain.
